Lead ElectricianJob type: PermanentLocation: Office and Site based, SheffieldResponsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the electrical teams, including solar PV installers. Developing and managing work schedules for teams under your supervision. Supervising and managing subcontractors involved in the projects. Ensuring all installations meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, with sign-off at QS level. Handling all DNO applications. Conducting surveys and preparing quotations for commercial and large-scale Solar PV projects. Conducting project reviews and addressing any non-conformances. Minimum Requirements: 5 years of experience in Solar/PV installation projects. Previous experience in people management. Electrical NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Proficiency in the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Certification in BS2391 Inspection and Testing. Driving Licence
