Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the kitchen team to produce high:quality dishes consistently.* Plan and design menus in collaboration with the management team, focusing on local and seasonal produce for an international menu.* Manage food purchasing and storage to maintain standards and control stocks.* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.* Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills and promote teamwork.* Manage kitchen budgets and maintain financial and administrative records. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Lead Chef or Kitchen Manager, preferably in a dynamic service environment.* Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to thrive in a high:pressure environment while maintaining high standards.* Culinary arts training or certification is desirable but not necessary.
