We are on the hunt for a technically skilled Senior IT Support engineer with experience leading teams and managing projects including product rollouts and overhauls.IT Support Team Leader – Greenwich, London Hybrid - £40,000 to £45,000 Per annum + Bonus and £6,000 Car Allowance We are on the hunt for a technically skilled Senior IT Support engineer with experience leading teams and managing projects including product rollouts and overhauls. In this role you’ll be working on the delivery of IT support to team members across the business and operating in tandem with the international IT Support function with a base in Paris. This is a Hybrid position with a standard arrangement being for 3days in office and 2days from home each week. Responsibilities: Lead support team monitoring objectives, performance and achievementsWork in collaboration with the Global Support InfrastructureEnsure compliance with standards and maintenance of appropriate documentation for work undertaken on hardware, software, and networksUsers support and workstation deploymentCorrective and preventive work on multiple networksParticipate and support local or global projects implementationsSystem monitoring including Hardware fault and diagnosticsMonitor, categorize, set priority of incoming tickets.Ensure service or project issues are resolved or escalated within agreed SLAsSupport for Microsoft related technologies including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint online, Office 365 and AzureSupport for network infrastructure : WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and securityRemote access solution implementation and support : VPN and Remote Desktop ServicesTechnical services and support of VoIP telephony solutions Teams Phone Skills and Experience: Strong experience dealing with Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Networks, desktop computing and medium-scale applications systemsStrong fault finding and troubleshooting skillsFamiliarity with all Microsoft technologies – Office 365, Azure, Windows 10, Server 2012-2019, AD, Hyper VExperience with troubleshooting and managing VoIP telephonyOutstanding stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into simple English when neededExperience managing projects and roll outs
