The Role of the Internal Sales Engineer Dealing with customer technical enquiries. General data input to the computer system. Supporting the sales team with what they need and completing the full sales process. Establishing potential for business and working with the team to close the deal. Preparation of documentation for customer and factory orders. Securing appointments for field sales engineers.
