Position: Human Resources Assistant Location: London, UK Salary: expenses for now with view to employ We are a brand new start up company and are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our small team as a Human Resources Assistant. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our organisation with a view to extend your role to be a full or part time team member. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks - Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation, including preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions - Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations - Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries - Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures - Assist with performance management processes, including scheduling and tracking performance reviews - Maintain HR databases and generate reports as needed - Assist with the planning and coordination of employee events and activities - Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - 1-2 years of experience in a HR support role - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team We offer company perks for beauty treatments and as well as opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
