Position: Human Resources Assistant Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Unpaid - Internship We are seeking a quick learner to take up the role of a Human Resources Assistant Manager to join our growing team in London. As the HR Ass. Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing specific aspects of the human resources function within our organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and UK employment laws - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations - Develop and implement employee training and development programs - Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the organisation - Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement - Conduct exit interviews and analyse data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organisational and time-management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new CRM systems If you are a highly motivated and seeking experience as a HR professional with a passion for developing and supporting employees, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
