HR Manager GBP 65,000 : GBP 75,000Sutton Coldfield A manufacturing business with a well:respected reputation is seeking a HR Manager to provide a comprehensive generalist service to an employee based of c300 colleagues. Based on site 5 days a week (please note there is NO option to work from home/hybrid working arrangements) the HR Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders throughout the business : based both in the UK and Europe : in order to deliver a commercially astute HR offering. Overseeing a team of HR professionals : including a Payroll Manager : the HR Manager will form part of the UK Leadership Team and will act as a Business Partner to other individuals of this cohort. As such you will have the confidence to influence, engage and challenge staff (operating at all levels of the business). To be considered for this role you will: - Be an experienced HR Manager having had exposure within a blue:collar environment (manufacturing/warehousing/distribution ideally);- Be experienced in a Unionised environment;- Have had oversight of payroll;- Be a Completer:Finisher, having had a track record of delivering on a range of HR related projects.
