Hotel Office Business Manager : Central London A GBP 50,000 Hotel Office Business Manager Location: Central London Salary: A GBP 50,000 COREcruitment is working with a hospitality business based in central London They are recruiting for a Hotel Office Business Manager to join them This role is a vital part of the business as you will be working closely with the Head Office team. The client is looking for a proactive, confident, and organised Hotel Office Business Managerto join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after the running of the office, all the administrative, facilities and organisational processes in the office, as well as admin support. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the C:Suite team.* Coordinate meetings and appointments, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, and taking* minutes.* Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage office budgets, ensuring financial* sustainability.* Manage relationships with external office suppliers and service providers and service level agreements.* Manage kitchen and coffee machines.* Ensure efficient building management is being taken place. About you: * Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality setting.* Utmost trustworthiness and confidentiality when participating in senior:level meetings and handling* sensitive information.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.* Strong organisational abilities, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.* Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite and email management tools.* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks.* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast:paced environment.
