We are seeking a committed and experienced Pharmacist to lead our client's busy Hospital Pharmacist team at their acute hospital site, located in Oxford, OxfordshireYou will ensure the delivery of a high quality pharmacy service, including the provision of professional advice to clinical staff and consultants as required.This Hospitals approach is to fully integrate medicines into a personalised pathway of patient care.The Group is an established charity-status organisation comprising 31 acute Hospitals. Person requirements: - Registered Pharmacist with full GPhC Registration. - Current or recent experience at Senior Hospital Pharmacist level or above.
