Head of Finance * Sector: Hospitality / Property / Construction* Location: West London We are seeking a talented and technically robust Head of Finance to take responsibility for all aspects of financial control and reporting across the Group. The Head of Finance will lead the Groups head office finance team will work closely with the M and A, Tax, Treasury, Property, Construction/Development, and Hotel finance teams. You will have excellent attention to detail, communication and management skills and the ability to work effectively as part of the Senior Management team. Responsibilities * Deliver monthly management accounts and budgets for all companies, and consolidated accounts where appropriate* Working closely with Treasury and Business Accounting team to deliver funding plans and effective cashflow management* Lead and manage the finance team* Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts for all Group companies and Group consolidation* Assisting the GFD to set and manage the annual statutory audit process* Lead the integration of new acquisitions into existing infrastructure* Directly manage shared service centre* Develop financial management systems and policies* Drive financial control and reporting to provide greater insight into the business* Developing and strengthening internal controls, ensuring compliance and quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting Candidate Profile * Qualified accountant (ACCA, ICAEW or ICAS)* Accounting background with medium to large group of companies/complex consolidations* Excellent communication skills* Good interpersonal skills and Demonstrable Initiative* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail* Experience of Tier 1 ERP systems
