Head Chef Salary: 70,000 - 80,000Location: Denver, COOur client is seeking a talented head chef to join its culinary team and bring creative, high-quality dishes to life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Responsibilities:Oversee day to day kitchen operationsRecruit, hire, train and manage kitchen staffInspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established standardsMonitor sanitation practices to ensure that kitchen staff follows standards and regulationsManage all food and supplies purchasing and maintain targeted cost controlsIdeal Head Chef:2-3 years in a similar roleStrong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor kitchen staffExcellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and platingCommitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety in the kitchenIf you’re interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Ashley todayCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
