It’s technological achievements and past industries have made it an important hub of commerce and culture the past few years. The role Our client has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Fundraising Officer (German speaking) to join their dynamic team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career, and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace. As a Fundraising Officer you will support donors with their queries via incoming calls, email, live chat and Social Media. Assisting them with setting up direct debits, solving any issues and providing them with more info will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will conduct outbound calls to previous donors to ensure new donations are made. This is a 24x7 operation, however core hrs will be between 8am-8pm Mon-Sun. Requirements The successful Fundraising Officer has: Fluency in German and English Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Flexible attitude - able to work night shifts when needed Motivated Previous customer service or fundraising experience desired Salary, Relocation Package and Benefits The Basic gross salary is £20,384 p/a. Full paid training will be provided. Interview Process The interview process can be done remotely via phone and video. There will be an information/screen call, a test and an official interview.
