Spanning two floors and boasting an impressive weekly revenue of £50,000, the potential for further growth is undeniable. In this capacity, you will be entrusted with full P&L responsibility for the site and play a central role in staff development and training. Your role will extend to uniting front-of-house and kitchen operations to achieve excellence and consistency. Additionally, you will oversee all facets of people management, from HR matters to labour and payroll.
