React, 3 years) and list in order of importance:C# (6 years)T-SQL (6 years)Angular (4 years)Design Patterns/capabilities using OO techniques, perhaps from working in a DDD environment (6 years)What is the % split between Front-end and Back-end work?(If not relevant please ignore)FE 60:40 BEEssential Experience:Technical skills aside, what are the main things you are looking for when hiring for this role?Excellent English and communication skillsWorking with overseas development teams, preferably in the UKWorking with stakeholders and users alike to identify Business Requirements and embellish/refine user stories, NB Czarnikow does not employ Business Analysts and Product Owners are Subject Matter Experts from the business rather than IT Professionals.Providing advice and guidance regarding project approach and appropriate technologiesKey Question:From a technical and business perspective, what does success look like for this hire?We are looking for someone comfortable working and communicating with different areas of the business and who is happy working on both tactical and strategic implementations. The role provides full involvement in the delivery cycle: from understanding business requirements, system design, developing the solution, ?show and tell? sessions, UAT, training and documentation to the point of live delivery through to post go-live support, maintaining and enhancing the solution thereafter. This is not a role for someone who solely wants to do heads-down development.Success would be to have a committed team member, who is able to work independently to deliver high quality code with sufficient but not excessive support and guidance from London Lead Developers and for the successful candidate to embed themselves into the team/organisation and build their career with Czarnikow.Desired Experience and Skills:? Developing/Integrating/Supporting Enterprise Applications e.g. CTRM, ERP, ECM, FMS, CRM, DMS..? Working under Scrum or another agile development methodology? Experience with automation frameworks (we use Cypress)? An understanding of trading environments and terminology? Experience within a commodities and/or other financial firmReact and JSMinimum Years of Experience:6 years Size of Team:Business size: approx 380Technical team size: 23 London, 7 Brazil, 1 Thailand (growing to 3)Other:We are looking for 2 x resources at this time.
