Company Name:ZERO LONDON LTDJob Title:Senior Software DeveloperRoles, Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:(the more information the better as it allows us to be more precise in our recruitment)Be the main architect of a new SAAS solution, which utilises an algorithm to reduce wastage within cloth cutting in the clothing manufacturing processMaintain an appropriate level of confidentiality with all aspects of work in-line with our non-disclosure policyDocuments and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions.Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.Investigates problem areas.Follows the software development lifecycle.Prepares and instals solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.Provides information by collecting, analysing, and summarising development and service issues.Accomplishes engineering and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.Essential Experience and Skills:Proficiency in at least one of the following - Python, Golang, Java, C++Proficiency in one frontend language, preferably ReactJS3+ Years Experience in professional software development in a senior roleProficiency in full stack and object-oriented design skillsKnowledge of cloud hosting systems, architecture and setup with AWSKnowledge of user account management systems and architectureBachelor?s and/or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical disciplineExperience serving as technical lead throughout the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferredKnowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operationsExperience in development of distributed/scalable systemsDesired Experience and Skills:Desired Years of Experience:3+ YearsSize of business:Microbusiness with 2 Full-time membersSize of software team:Available Positions: 3 (Currently 0)Other:Successful candidate will be part of a small but growing team, as such, they must be confident in contributing suggestions and concerns to group discussion, and taking a proactive role in the development of team projects.
