As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to their growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all financial aspects of the company's operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in alignment with business objectives and growth targets.Conduct detailed financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to ensure the company's financial health and stability.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators KPIs to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements in financial reporting and operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and optimise efficiency.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified would be preferentialPrior experience in the travel industry or related field preferred.Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial regulations.Proven ability to manage budgets, conduct financial analysis, and provide strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.CPA or CFA certification preferred.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
