Finance Director * Location: Central London* Sector: multi:site and multi:brand hospitality* Salary: up to A GBP 120k Were excited to be working with this incredible, international, fast:growing hospitality group. As the business enters a new phase of its growth, the group is looking for an experienced Finance Director. You will be a driven and proactive individual with relevant post:qualification experience to lead the finance team from the front. You will have a hands:on approach and will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities: * Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow management* Lead and implement key financial strategies and initiatives* Develop and lead the Finance Team* Building bespoke financial models* Ensure that strong cash management and cashflow forecasting systems are in place* Ability to work flexibly, quickly adapting to developments and able judgement* Strong technical financial accounting skills* Responsible for quarterly board pack reporting* Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team to support decision:making and drive business growth* Liaise with external parties e.g. bank, external auditors, tax advisors Candidate Profile * ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience* Proven track record of success as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role* In:depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices* Excellent leadership and communication skills* Experience in strategic planning, financial modelling, and risk management
