Position: Events Organiser Location: Bromley/Brixton Salary: Unpaid Internship We are seeking a highly motivated Events Organiser to join our expanding team. As an Events Organiser, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events for our company. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and organise events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, product launches, and corporate parties - Develop event concepts, themes, and timelines in collaboration with the marketing team - Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services - Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events - Create and distribute event invitations, manage RSVPs, and maintain guest lists - Oversee event set-up, registration, and on-site logistics - Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear instructions and delegating tasks as needed - Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning and execution - Ensure all events are in compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Requirements: - Excellent organisational and time-management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management - A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - A degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred If you are a self-starter with a passion for event planning and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
