Our experience in events and event staffing has seen us build exceptional event experiences for our clients as well as sharing the magic with the broader workforce. We are looking to build our talent pool of event staff, who will be deployed on an ad-hoc basis to represent our client's brands. Summary of Role The primary role of iLUKA's event staff is to deliver exceptional and memorable experiences at the UK’s key sport & entertainment events on behalf of our clients. Our teams can be deployed in various settings, and the role's focus will vary depending on the environment and client. This could see you supporting with anything from wayfinding, product promotion & brand activation, to hospitality hosting, ticketing & project management. In most cases, you will be the face of the brand and the first point of contact for our clients and guests alike, so it is key for you to always be presentable and at the top of your game. Hospitality & Programme Support Roles Event hosts/crew Hospitality Hosts Corporate event crew Conference and awards crew Ticketing, entrance, box office and wristbands Warehouse/logistics crew Merchandise crew Catering VIP/protocol Management/Team Leaders Promotional & Brand Ambassador Roles Promotional Brand awareness Exhibitions Experiential marketing Roadshows Trade shows Street marketing Wayfinding/stewarding Skills, Knowledge, Expertise Fluent in English Experience using smart phones/tablets Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills A fun, 'Can Do' attitude Confidence to manage and engage with groups of people in a variety of settings Ability to think on your feet and resolve problems calmly and efficiently A desire to deliver the very best levels of customer service High energy, comfortable working potentially long hours in a demanding but rewarding and friendly environment Flexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing, well organised Willing to roll sleeves up and get involved Team Player Self-motivated Attributes High energy, comfortable working potentially long hours in a demanding but rewarding and friendly environment Flexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoing Willing to roll sleeves up and get involved Passionate about sport, entertainment, hospitality and delivery Able to work in a calm, kind and professional manner in a pressured environment Ability to prioritise a demanding workload
