Our premium brand Automotive client is currently recruiting for the following role: Embroidery Specialist : GBP 38/hr (Inside IR35) : Warwickshire : 12 Months (potential to extend) Division:Design Position Description:An embroidery specialist is required to work with our Automotive OEM to create robust embroidery designs with physical, prove:out samples for low volume and bespoke production. Skills Required:: Embroidery digitising: Experience of DG16 Tagima software: Experience of creating artwork, stitch paths, stitch types to meet a brief. Skills Preferred:: Experience of all aspects of machine and handsewing, preferably durkopp experience.: Previous experience of working with leather and automotive textiles.: Knowledge and familiarity of interior soft trimmed automotive parts and their assembly Experience Required:: Experience of digitising artwork to generate physical embroidery samples.: Working knowledge of hand embroidery.: Ability to be able to read and follow rendered designs, CAD drawings and colour call outs.: Experience of threads, textiles, leather variants and materials suited to the automotive industry. : Knowledge and experience of safe working practices adhering to H and S policies.: Able to communicate effectively to other members of staff and senior management Additional Information:This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.Please note for this position, you MUST have a UK passport / valid UK settlement status or a Visa that does not require sponsorship of any kind.The services advertised by Premea Limited for this vacancy are those of an Employment Business.Premea is a specialist IT and Engineering recruitment consultancy representing clients in the UK and internationally within the Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace sectors.
