Job Title: eCommerce ExecutiveLocation: West BromwichEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Executive to join our fast-growing business in West Bromwich. As an eCommerce Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online store to drive sales and improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in managing and optimizing an eCommerce platform.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our eCommerce platform, using Magento, to ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience for customers- Monitor and analyze on/off page conversions to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales- Update and optimize website copy to improve search engine rankings and enhance the overall user experience- Add and manage 15 new products per week to our online store, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website and increase sales- Monitor website performance and make necessary updates and improvements to ensure optimal functionality- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing to continuously improve our online presenceQualifications and Skills:- Minimum of 2 years experience in eCommerce, preferably in a fast-paced environment- Strong knowledge of Magento and experience in managing an eCommerce platform- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Highly organized with strong attention to detail- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making- Passion for eCommerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesIf you are a digital all-rounder with a proven track record in eCommerce and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-growing business, we would love to hear from you.
