Ideally, looking for Deskside Support Technician- and Microsoft Intune & Autopilot exp is mandatory & looking for a candidate with Banking & Finance domain Role : Deskside Support Technician Client: Hayfin (To be kept confidential till completing 1st Level Interview) Role type: FTE Budget: 32k to 45k GBP / annum Location: London, UK Role mode: 5 days’ work from office ( Client location ) Note: Microsoft Intune & Autopilot exp is mandatory & looking for a candidate with Banking & Finance domain Required Mandatory: A mid-senior level Deskside support technician with experience in handling banking & finance domain customer and trading floor support experience. Candidate should at least have 2-3 years of experience in building laptops and desktops using Microsoft Intune/ Autopilot environment. Position Summary • Drive high level of customer service and satisfaction • Manage incident and service request queues to ensure SLAs are met • Provide hands on resolution of 1st to 3rd line software and hardware incidents where required • Work with offshore capabilities to deliver efficient and effective service • Review and take part in problem management activities • Fulfill service requests for varied IT equipment • Drive compliance to internal and external processes and standards • Initiate service improvements to the overall service • Maintain knowledge repository documentation • Take part in change management activities as required • Flexibility to work in shifts during business hours • Willingness to travel to user home/ remote offices • Willingness to work during non-business hours and weekend for high priority work Roles and Responsibility: • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktop/laptop issues (both hardware/ software) • Install Standard SOE Image on Desktops and Laptops through Auto pilot (Intune) • Install, configure and troubleshoot standard applications (MS office, Adobe, etc.) • Configure and troubleshoot Smart phones issues • Provide assistance to remote server team on Server OS and server hardware • Server hardware racking and stacking (optional) • Basic troubleshooting of Data network/ Telephony devices/ Projectors/ Meeting room facilitation. • Basic troubleshooting of LAN/ WAN/ Backup-restore/Printers • Provide technical assistance and training to end users on computer operating systems and Standard applications. • Instruct and assist end users in the use of computer equipment, software, and accessories. • Ability to Evaluate and test new technology for feasibility and implementation within IT environment. • Document all support activity within the IT Incident and request Management tracking tool. • Coordinate efforts with 3rd party vendors to repair faulty hardware. • Customer escalation handling • Physical move of asset between IT stock location. • Provide remote support for users across locations. (Home based users) Key Skills • Strong 2nd line technical skills and Excellent customer care skills • VIP ticket handling • IT Asset management • Process & SOP Documentation • ITIL processes knowledge • Trading floor office IT support experience • Willingness to Sync with Offshore teams to discuss and work on different issues. Essential Technical Skills • Windows 10 client OS • Auto pilot (Intune) device management • Hardware VPN expertise (Cisco Meraki) • Microsoft surface book hardware/ driver troubleshooting • Microsoft Office 365 • Dynamic 365 & ServiceNow based ITSM & Asset management experience. • Minimum 1-year experience in Data Centre Operations and good knowledge in Networking concepts • Software and Application Troubleshooting • Bloomberg terminal installation and troubleshooting
