For this role, you will need to have worked in a rosette restaurant! The successful CDP will be able to: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure. Ability to quickly learn new recipes. Learn new cooking methods. Ability to problem solve. Able to work with fresh ingredients.
