Technology Strategy/Architect for Global Cyber A capable strategy consultant/enterprise architect is required to help shape and define the Global technology playbook. we have defined technology strategies which are underpinned by the global technology reference architecture and divisional modernisation roadmaps. By developing a global technology playbook, we can help the Technology leadership understand and identify where the greatest enterprise value can be gained by investments in technology systems and data and pro-actively drive progress on the roadmap. Work Location This role will be hybrid with flexibility to work from home as well as presence in person in London. The Role • The role of a strategy consultant/enterprise architect is to assess maturity, define the IT Vision and objectives aligned to capabilities and enabling technology. • Through workshops, interviews, and presentations the candidate will develop the technology strategy and roadmap. This will cover specific actions, resources, timelines, and dependencies. • The role reports to The Group Head of Technology Strategy who will provide direction, guidance, and priorities. • The deliverables and specific timelines will be agreed during the engagement and may change as the strategy develops. • The role will have access to SMEs, business teams and technology teams to gather information to inform the strategic direction. • This role requires a dynamic, adaptable consultant able to work independently and with senior stakeholders with scope covering multiple geographies and domains. Experience - essential • The role requires an experienced, pro-active consultant architect. • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders. • Experience of developing technology strategy with multiple successful tech strategy deliveries using various approaches and methodologies • Insurance industry experience or Financial Services • Excellent stakeholder management experience, ability to communicate at all levels and the ability to adapt to differing working priorities. Experience - desirable • Experience working with Insurance and Reinsurance technology platforms. • Lloyd's, London Market experience Outline Deliverables - This list is subject to change, indicative only.
