Customer Retentions Advisor Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annumLocation: Bournemouth/Poole areaHours: 37 ½ hours per week Contract: Full Time, PermanentOur client, a highly respected specialist insurance company, is looking for a passionate and professional individual to join their Retentions/Renewals team.Customer Retentions Advisor Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annumLocation: Bournemouth/Poole areaHours: 37 ½ hours per week Contract: Full Time, PermanentOur client, a highly respected specialist insurance company, is looking for a passionate and professional individual to join their Retentions/Renewals team.Working as a Retention Advisor, your role is to retain existing policy holders in the household Insurance market.In this telephony-based position, you will manage a portfolio of customers whilst working with Insurers, management agencies and the administration team to ensure continued retention of existing business ensuring you meet the clients diverse customer needs and requirements.
