We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in West Lancashire to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Assistant , on a 2.5-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £11.91 per hour PAYE Responsibilities: To provide an efficient and streamlined service to customers of West Lancashire Borough Council and be the first point of contact for Garden Waste and Bin related enquiries. To provide this service via telephony from the Contact Centre in either Ormskirk or Skelmersdale. Knowledge: Knowledge and experience of providing a customer focused front line telephony enquiry service Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
