JOB REF: TL5546 JOB TITLE: Contentious Probate SolicitorLOCATION: Walsall PQE: 5+SALARY: Up to c GBP 60k DOE -Having a highly regarded Litigation team, the firm is ranked in the independent legal guide The Legal 500. As part of the firms contentious probate practice, you will specialise in challenges to wills, claims under the Inheritance Act, trust disputes, proprietary estoppel claims, and the removal of executors and trustees. -You will manage your workload, efficiently juggling multiple intricate cases simultaneously.
