You will be given the opportunity to assist with drafting amendments to standard forms such as the JCT and NEC suites, providing counsel on construction obligations, reviewing, or creating sub:contracts, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees, bonds and related documents. THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 5 years' PQE and be able to demonstrate the ability to foster strong client relationships with clients, with a proactive team:oriented approach to their work. You will be expected to have good commercial awareness and be capable of working effectively under pressure while maintaining a strong attention to detail and emphasis on quality client care.
