We have an opportunity for a Commercial Sales Coordinator to join our Commercial Vehicle Sales team in Plympton. This position would be ideal for somebody organised, who is looking for a practical and varied role. In addition to your salary, we can offer you: Exclusive discounts on MOTs, servicing and car sales Holiday accrual scheme, starting at 22 days plus bank holidays Paid day off for your birthday Paid sickness scheme, eye & flu vouchers and a full range of employee assistance programmes/support Death in service cover - 2 x salary Professional development and recognition programme Staff & Customer Referral schemes The role You will be based within the Vospers Commercial Vehicle Sales team, working closely alongside Sales and Valeting , to ensure that all new and used commercial vehicles that arrive are processed and prepared to a set standard for sale and delivery.This role gives the opportunity to learn and develop within the department and business.You will be: Coordinating any mechanical or cosmetic preparation needed on a vehicle before it is sold or handed over to the customer. Organising the collection and delivery of vehicles from across the UK. Managing display vehicles: ensuring they are well presented, clean, fuelled and prepared. Assisting with photography of vehicles for sale. Coordinating with suppliers for timely completion of tasks and accessory installations. Ensuring the cleaning of vehicles is efficiently diarised to ensure consistent standards. Conducting Final Quality Control Checks on vehicles before they are passed to the sales team. Assisting with new staff inductions when required. Driving Company vehicles as required. About you A valid UK Drivers Licence Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work alone and as a team Salary £23,795.20 per annum Location Plymouth PL7 1RS Hours 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Care - Accountability - Performance - Respect Integrity We are proud that so many of our people stay with us and develop their careers at Vospers over the long term.
