Our client prides itself on having a good relationship within the local community and with its clients.The Legal 500 Commercial Property team works with a mix of both local and national clients on a range of commercial and residential property transactions.You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters including sales, purchases, letting, financing, landlord and tenant and some residential conveyancing work.You should be technically strong with excellent communication skills allowing you to effectively disseminate your knowledge to your clients in a friendly and accessible manner.
