The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in commercial property transactions. Requirements: Previously worked as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role. At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor Experience in various commercial property transactions, with a focus on rural and agricultural work. Qualified in Scots Law. Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. Skilled Microsoft Office, familiarity with Case Management Systems is desirable.
