Partner, Associate, Commercial Property, Head of Commercial Property, Commercial Property SolicitorCommercial Property Associate / Partner Location: Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire Hybrid Salary: £55k - £100k + Excellent Benefits The Client: Our client is a well-established legal firm, offering a wide range of legal services catering to both individual and business clients. The Role: As a Commercial Property Associate / Partner, you will be providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in commercial property transactions. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Commercial Property Solicitor or in a similar role. Experience in various commercial property transactions, including buying / selling properties, security agreements, and property development. Qualified in Scots Law. Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic. Skilled Microsoft Office, familiarity with Case Management Systems is desirable. Current partners or associates are encouraged to apply.
