Commercial Manager : Leisure and Entertainment Salary: A GBP 39,000+ Location: Essex About the Role: Do you fancy Joining a Senior Leadership Team as Commercial Manager? responsible for overseeing daily operations with a focus on food and beverage management, kiosks, adventure golf, and childrens soft play. This pivotal role involves supporting the Operations Manager and deputising for senior management as needed. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure high operational standards and exceptional customer service across all departments.* Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction.* Improve food and beverage operations for consistency and quality.* Collaborate with department managers to enhance efficiency and revenue.* Manage staffing levels, rosters, and operational costs effectively.* Uphold safety standards and enforce procedures.* Develop and implement policies to enhance overall standards.
