Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm whose team is currently experiencing expansion and growth due to an increase of work. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be running your own caseload from inception to completion on matters such as: Contract disputesShareholder disputesSales of goods and supply of services disputesPartnership DisputesIP DisputesProfessional negligence claimsIT Contract disputesRegulatory matters As well as this, you will be working in a supervisory position and supporting more junior members of the team with any matters they might require.The successful candidate for this position will ideally have 6+ years PQE, is able to work well as part of a team, is ambitious with their long-term career goals and is wanting to play an active role in shaping the team and overall company for the future.
