Perm position, 4 day working week, OT available, forward thinking growing company, well established with a good reputation, pension contribution, easily accessible We are working with a highly reputable company based in Doncaster, who are looking to add Coachbuilders to their team due to a busy work order book.Perm position, 4 day working week, OT available, forward thinking growing company, well established with a good reputation, pension contribution, easily accessible We are working with a highly reputable company based in Doncaster, who are looking to add Coachbuilders to their team due to a busy work order book. We welcome applications from Coachbuilders, production fitters, bus builders, bus fitter, coach fitters, joiners, assembly fitters Candidates with fitting and vehicle assembly experience would be considered dependant on experience.Duties of the Coachbuilder include: Check base vehicle matches paperworkCheck and report any damage to base vehicleProduce vehicle conversions to the correct specification in line with the build planComplete vehicle conversion to required standards as specified by QCComplete conversions in line with SBO timesObtain and follow BOM’s and any relevant SOP’s, photos and drawingsAdvise of any amends to the BOMAdvise of any amends to drawings/panelsNotify supervisor of potential improvements to build methodComplete re-work if requiredWork as part of a teamBe flexible and work overtime as and when requiredTransfer skills to other team membersCarry out instructions from Supervisors and team leadersHelp and support the Team leadersResponsible for the completion of all relevant paperworkMaintain a safe and clean working environmentCarry out duties in line with Health and Safety requirements and make supervisor aware of potential Health & Safety issuesLog on and off correct SFDC operation in line with company policy Experience required for the Coachbuilder role: Correctly use tools and test equipmentHave a good understanding of the conversion processHave good attention to detailHave a thorough understanding and knowledge of all relevant specsHave the ability to install and fault find electrical systemsHave the ability to read and interpret wiring diagramsHave the ability to handle pressure and meet targets / deadlines Benefits of the Coachbuilder role: Perm position,4 day working week,OT available,Forward thinking growing company,Well established with a good reputation,Pension contribution,Easily accessible If you would like a confidential and private conversation about this Coachbuilder role, please contact Joe Reid at E3 Recruitment.
