Since their establishment over 160 years ago, they have become a household name within a number of high-profile industries including Oil & Gas and Power Generation, and now employ over 15,000 people across 180 facilities world-wide.Because of heightened and continued workload within this specific department, E3R are actively recruiting an CNC Supervisor vacancy on the employers behalf.Based in LEEDS, just a few miles from the M1, M62 & M621 motorways, the successful CNC Supervisor will be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Bradford, Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wetherby, Harrogate and York.Key responsibilities of the CNC Supervisor: Leading, directing and motivating a team of skilled individuals such as Machinists, Mechanical Engineers and WeldersContinuously monitoring manufacturing progress with a view of keeping to schedules/plansUndertaking responsibility for all matters concerning Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental issues whilst ensuing compliance & conformance with standard operating proceduresActively participating in various reviews, meetings & events designed to promote and improve company culture and continuous improvement Working Hours of the CNC Supervisor: 37 Hours per week working a regular day shift – flexibility is required to work a PM shift for 2 weeks every 2/3 months, as well as 1 Saturday morning every 2 months Monday to Thursday – 07:00 to 15:30Friday – 07:00 to 12:30 In return, the CNC Supervisor will receive: Annual Salary: £51,912.00 circa £27 per hourAnnual Bonus: 10 / £5,191.20 – based on individual and company performanceHoliday Entitlement: 33 Days including public holidays – increasing to 38 days with continued servicePension Scheme: 15 Combined Contribution 9 Employer / 6 EmployeeAccess to the onsite canteen subsidised and gym To apply for the CNC Supervisor position, please click “Apply Now” and attach a copy of your CV.
