Description:
Responsibilities include: • Lead multiple cross functional teams on various projects both using Agile & Hybrid methods. • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization • Experience delivering diverse Cyber Security projects (Risk Management and Controls, Security Tools, Cloud Sec, Digital Services Delivery, PII, AIM etc.) in a large enterprise-scale environment. • Actively remove or facilitate removal of impediments that block progress of program or product delivery • Support and educate the Product Owner and their teams to ensure a healthy Product Backlog • Partner and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and dependent teams • Lead increment planning sessions to establish scope and build release plans • Manage and facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies to support development and product releases. Teams may be globally dispersed. • Champion and foster project change management processes and procedures • Foster team accountability while ensuring continual flow of high-quality value from the Release • Ensure that projects follow standard operating policies, procedures, and best practices • Assist in coaching leaders and scrum masters in lean or agile practices • Exhibits a goal driven aptitude to take on stretch goals and contribute towards firmwide Agile Transformation initiatives. • Experience working with technical teams, architecture, and 3rd party suppliers/providers.
