Currently, we are partnering with an established client in the Worcestershire area, seeking a passionate Clinical Psychologist to join their team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing individual and group interventions, diagnostic assessments, and therapeutic treatments to support individuals with eating disorders.Key Details: Job Title: Clinical PsychologistLocation: WorcestershireType of Employment: Full-time, permanentSalary: Up to £65,000 per annumSign-Up Bonus: £250 Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Referral Management: Participate in assessing referrals, conducting initial assessments for service users referred to the Specialist Eating Disorders service.Undertake high-quality direct assessment & therapeutic and indirect consultative, advisory, and evaluative specialist psychological interventions, making autonomous clinical decisions. Therapeutic Work: Work therapeutically with service users presenting with complex presentations, utilising a broad range of structured psychometric and semi-structured clinical methods. Treatment Planning and Implementation: Formulate and implement plans of specialist psychological treatment or management of patients’ mental health needs based on a multi-factorial psychological understanding and current evidence-based best practice. Professional Responsibility: Be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of clinical work and care provided to service users. Adherence to Standards: Maintain high standards of care in all areas of practice in accordance with the HCPC Code of Conduct, professional guidelines, and Company Policies and Procedures. Staff Development and Training: Facilitate staff reflective practice sessions and design and deliver training as requested. Collaborative Working: Engage in multi-disciplinary team MDT working, collaborating with colleagues to ensure holistic care for service users. Continuous Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development, taking advantage of numerous career development opportunities and courses provided to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Experience: Hold BPS recognized psychology degrees.Maintain UK HCPC registration.
