As Client Engagement Coordinator you will be working as part of a collaborative and supportive team for an established, independent marine business, based just outside Henley-on-Thames in a beautiful rural location. The role is full time and permanent working one day at the weekend offering a salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 DOE.As Client Engagement Coordinator you will be working as part of a collaborative and supportive team for an established, independent marine business, based just outside Henley-on-Thames in a beautiful rural location. The role is full time and permanent working one day at the weekend offering a salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 DOE.Purpose of the role:Providing high levels of engagement with customers, building long term relationships, advising and selling vessels in this hands-on role. Key Accountabilities for the Client Engagement Coordinator: Providing high levels of customer care over the phone and face to faceProactively following up new and past leadsUpdating and maintaining customer databaseAssisting and advising customers with enquiries on sales and servicesAttending boat showsConducting viewingsFacilitating negotiations between vendors and buyersConverting leadsGaining instruction to sell craft, writing specs and taking photos for marketingEnsure all craft are priced within market value, in right conditionClosing sales, taking deposits, managing all administrationPreparing craft for handover, river trialsPerforming works on all vessels, assisting with marine maintenance Key Skills Required for the Client Engagement Coordinator: High levels of customer care and engagement, acts with customers in mindConfident solution led problem solverSales and key account management experience within a sales environmentStrong communication and negotiation skillsAn interest in boats and working outdoors would be an advantageExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to build strong long-term relationshipsAction orientated with a drive for resultsHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to build positive working relationshipsAdaptable in a changing environmentProficient in Microsoft OfficeOwn transport due to remote location What’s in it for you Salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 DOESupport towards private healthcare after probationWorking for an established independent business with a collaborative and supportive cultureTraining, progression and developmentDiscretionary bonus
