You will ideally have a minimum of two years in a similar role investigating claims and appreciate the need to work at speed and to the highest levels of customer service. As the Claims Handler you will establish the validity of a claim and its content and then process all the claims relating to motor vehicles, household and commercial while ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
