They believe in a collaborative working environment and have a child-centred approach. Everyone in the team is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for the service users they support. The team are passionate about the work they do, and there is an emphasis on best practice and creating a supportive environment.About youA degree within Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW with a minimum of three years’ experience is essential for this role. You will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring the team’s performance targets are always being met or exceeded. There will also be an emphasis on working with the other children’s services teams to manage and support any transfers of children.
