Chef Manager : Senior Living Location: Oxfordshire Salary: Up to A GBP 40,000 My client is looking for a Strong Chef Manager to head up the catering operations for this beautiful residential care home set in idyllic surroundings. You will be tasked with producing healthy, fresh and quality food for the 90+ residents. It would be advantageous if you came from an education catering or care home background. Strong dietary understanding and leadership are required to be successful. The role is 5/7 and will include breakfast, lunch and supper services both in the dining room and delivered to residents rooms. You will need to have DBS clearance or have the ability to obtain a DBS. You will also need to have access to a vehicle as this is set in a remote location.
