Chef de Cuisine – Levantine Restaurant, MoroccoOur client is a luxury 5 hotel property in Morocco who are looking for a fantastic Chef de Cuisine to take of their Levantine restaurant.The Head Chef must be able to cook Levantine Cuisine and ideally to have basic knowledge in Asian Cuisine – not essential for the roleWe are looking for specialised chefs in this cuisine who are currently working in high-profile restaurants and interested in relocating to Morocco.This CDC job role will involve executing dishes to the highest standards and working closely with Exec Chef. You will be a good Kitchen Manager who is able to run a kitchen to budget.Good leadership and communication skills are required - you will be able to manage a diverse team of staff.Salary package offered: monthly net salary 4-4500 euros dependent upon experience, plus 13th month + accommodation /allowance + flight ticket and medical insuranceGet in touch: XXXX@corecruitment.com
