Our Catering Unit Manager's work term time, during school hours. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of your own on:site catering operation and team as a Catering Unit Manager.You'll run a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients for your customers. A highly organised, personable, natural leader, you'll have experience of managing a team, be able to work at pace and your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will motivate the whole team to follow high quality standards and provide exceptional service.
