Summary of RoleWe're in search of dedicated Hospitality Catering Staff (Bar, Waiting, Host) to become a part of our exceptional team, where you'll be working front of house stationed at sports stadiums in and around London. This role offers the flexibility to work during both matchday and non-matchday events. You'll have the chance to work shifts on various days throughout the week including both, daytime and nighttime shifts as well as weekends, all throughout the season. Key Responsibilities Extending a warm welcome to the guests, proficiently taking orders, and serving beveragesDemonstrating an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, consistently providing a superior client service experienceServing guests with a delightful blend of friendliness, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining a pristine and safe work environmentOffering helpful insights and recommendations regarding food, beverage selections, and related items to address guest inquiriesDelivering a steadfast commitment to excellence in service for all patronsExpertly handling the service of meals, whether in a plated banquet, buffet, or Carvery styleEngaging directly with clients to ensure their unique preferences and needs are metSetting up lounge and bar areas with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring they are impeccably prepared for service and promptly cleared after useProviding food and beverage service in line with match day and daily requirements, ensuring a seamless guest experienceEnsuring that all food and beverages served are maintained to the highest quality whilst on display, and replenished as and when requiredAssisting in the efficient restocking of the bar area, strictly adhering to stock rotation guidelinesMaintaining the Lounge's cleanliness and order, always ready for immediate useSafeguarding all bar stock, securely locked away at all timesDiligently upholding the maintenance and secure storage of all equipmentAdhering to rigorous cash handling protocols in accordance with company procedures Skills, Knowledge, Expertise Previous hospitality experienceAttention to detailProblem-solving skillsExcellent organisational skillsStrong time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlinesExcellent client and supplier liaison skillsMethodical, accurate and an eye for detailAbility to multi-task and meet strict deadlinesFlexible approach to working hours and ability to adapt to a dynamic environmentHigh-level understanding of what constitutes excellent customer serviceAble to build rapport at all levelsProactive, positive approach to all tasks and a high degree of reliabilityAbility to work in a calm, professional manner Attributes High energy, comfortable working potentially long hours in a demanding but rewarding and friendly environmentFlexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoingWilling to roll sleeves up and get involvedPassionate about sport, hospitality and deliveryAble to work in a calm, kind and professional manner in a pressured environmentAbility to prioritise a demanding workload
