As a pivotal part of our unique business development program, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of sales excellence and personal leadership. This position is not just about driving sales; it's about inspiring change and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. In the role of Business Mentor, you will be instrumental in enabling and driving consistent sales excellence practices to achieve ambitious objectives. Your contribution will be key in operationalising strategies, spurring growth, and enhancing productivity. As a trusted guide, you will be responsible for nurturing a team of sales professionals, leveraging insights to transform their abilities and accelerate business growth. Responsibilities: Fostering Growth: Drive sales growth through innovative planning and execution. Utilise business insights to guide performance and suggest future actions. You will be the driving force behind the development of people in the company. Strategic Leadership: Advise and lead on strategy for sales, territory planning, and goal setting. Implement changes based on your in-depth business knowledge and experience first hand in doing the role being taught. Coaching Excellence: Act as a primary coach for account and business planning, enhancing the quality and execution of plans within the team. Organise and plan the development of individuals weekly, monthly and annually. Operational Management: Manage logistics, sales targets, and team development, ensuring adherence to our high standards and driving excellence in execution. Inspirational Guidance: Build relationships and coach the sales team, fostering increased team capability, satisfaction, and collaborative efforts. Qualifications: Experience: Is not needed but some years in leadership roles, account management, or related fields. An understanding of how to use data to drive outcomes is beneficial. Management Skills: Is not needed but some years of experience in managing people and relationships or project management could be helpful.
