Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their staffing requirements and become a trusted partner in their hiring process. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to source top-notch candidates for client positions. Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with clients. Present only the most qualified candidates to clients. Client Consultation: Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarking, and industry trends to help them make informed hiring decisions. Negotiation: Act as a liaison between clients and candidates, facilitating the negotiation of employment offers and terms to ensure a successful placement. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts. Upsell additional recruitment services and solutions as needed. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as fill rates, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction. Take proactive steps to address any issues and continuously improve service quality. Qualifications: Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or sales, preferably in the staffing industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
