The Curriculum team plans, builds and maintains industry-leading programmes. We build training content that changes lives. The content we build supports Operations, Marketing, Sales and Compliance and is fundamental to the success of the business as a whole. The role: As a Learning Content Writer for our new Business Analyst (Change Professional) programme, you will support the Director of Curriculum for Business Change to the build our exciting new programme. You will create high quality learning assets, including e-learning content, workshops, learning activities and case studies to ensure the programme meets all the requirements of the Apprenticeship Standard. You will create Business Analyst training content that allows organisations to develop the skills of their workforce and deliver maximum, real-world impact. Responsibilities include: Work collaboratively and supportively with the Director of Curriculum on the programme build of our Business Change Professional programme Focus on writing concise, interactive and useful content that has business impact, and gets learners to End-Point Assessment on time with minimal dropouts Create and/or support the creation of business analyst content for eLearning, workshops, case studies and similar assets Ensure high quality content is built on-time Plan first-class audio and video content and work with our AV team to produce it Review and proof content returned from workshop/AV teams to a professional standard Convert workshops and other learning resources, as necessary Collate high-quality, targeted further learning/reading lists for each module Support learners and PDEs by converting/producing supporting documentation and delivering PDE training Follow the Curriculum Team actions and responsibilities (i.e. the three key curriculum team aspects: build content, communicate well, and complete admin, all on-time and high-quality) Ensure our programme continues to meet all the requirements of the Apprenticeship Standard Produce and maintain programme guides, templates and supporting documentation to support learners and Professional Development Experts Support the upskilling of Professional Development Experts to deliver the programme Work closely and collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders, such as those in the teams of Curriculum, Assessment, Marketing and Operations Work effectively with external stakeholders as directed About You: You’re an enthusiastic self-starter – keen to help transform the way organisations develop their people You value inclusivity, being supportive and respectful of others You are open to change and take a collaborative approach to challenges You strive for excellence and have high expectations of yourself and others You operate with integrity, trust and professionalism and empower others to do so You are target driven and thrive under pressure You have high levels of ownership and accountability, proactively identifying and solving problems You have a strong desire to learn and improve Experience and Skills: Essential: Expert-level, lived industry experience as a Business Analyst Experience delivering business analyst training Experience writing educational/training content Desirable: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the Business Analyst Apprenticeship Standard Detailed knowledge of End-Point Assessment Experience of having successfully taken a cohort of learners through EPA A project management qualification A teaching/coaching qualification Experience of delivering a Business Analyst Apprenticeship Experience of writing Business Analyst or related Apprenticeship training content Why join Corndel?
