The Role: As a Bodyshop Technician, you will play a pivotal role in restoration of classic car bodyshells to premium standards for the paint shop. Responsibilities: Enhancement and modification of vintage cars for competitive purposes. Contributing to the advancement of best practices for optimal product quality. Providing input on materials and equipment to uphold organisational standards. Collaborative engagement across different company sectors to foster a team-centric atmosphere. Requirements: Essential: Previously worked as a Bodyshell Technician or in a similar role. Experience in welding and fabrication, especially with Mild, Stainless, and Aluminium materials. Understanding of automotive body repair or restoration. A high level of dedication, energy, and motivation. Desirable: Previous bodyshell experience. Background in the apprenticeship process. Skilled in MIG, TIG, SPOT welding, and the use of Automotive Jigs.
