The aim of the role is to assess whether a restrictive situation is authorized by Sections 5 and 6 of the Mental Capacity Act or whether it amounts to a deprivation of the person’s liberty. You will be working along a supportive management team.About you: The successful candidate will be a passionate and dedicated professional, with a strong working knowledge of Adult Social Work Legislation and holds a Best Interest Assessor Qualification and License.It would be beneficial for you to have experience completing Best Interest Assessments.What’s on offer Competitive hourly rate of up to £315.86 per day.Opportunity to enhance your skillsets and CV.
